By accessing or using the Site (purchasing women’s fashion, including tops and dresses), you (“you”, “user”) confirm:

  • You have authorized access to payment methods used on the Site;
  • You agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to deny service to non-compliant users.

2. Order Formation

  • Your order is an “offer” to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we send an order confirmation email (we may reject orders due to stock shortages or errors, with full refunds if payment was received).
  • Product prices on the Site are final (in USD, unless stated) but exclude international shipping fees and import taxes (borne by you, calculated at checkout).

3. Payment & Shipping

  • You may return unused, unwashed items (with original tags) within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping fees). You bear return shipping costs.
  • Defective items will be fully refunded (including shipping) if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos) provided.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must not share your account/password, or use the Site to disrupt security (e.g., hacking, scraping content).
  • We may terminate your access immediately for violations, without prior notice.
