1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected delivery method.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country’s authorities. These costs are borne solely by you (the customer), as we do not include them in the order total or shipping fees.
We recommend checking your local customs office’s guidelines (using the package’s HS code, available upon request) to estimate potential fees before placing an order. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal. You can use this number to monitor real-time delivery status.

6. Exception Handling
6.1 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, or arrives damaged (e.g., torn fabric, broken packaging), contact us within:
7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages);
48 hours of receipt (for damaged items, with clear photos of the product and packaging attached).
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate; approved claims will be resolved via reshipment or full refund (excluding shipping fees, unless the issue is our fault).
6.2 Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you must cover reshipping costs (same as the original shipping fee) to send it to the corrected address.
