1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Timing: Request returns within 30 calendar days of delivery (for standard tops, dresses, and sets). Special occasion styles (if applicable, e.g., formal dresses) require returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags, labels, and packaging. No signs of wear (e.g., stains, makeup marks, stretched fabric) or tampering are allowed.

2. Special Rules for Specific Items

For products with unique characteristics, additional conditions apply:

Sets: Complete sets (e.g., matching top + skirt sets) must be returned in full; partial returns (single pieces from a set) will be rejected.

Hygiene-sensitive items: If applicable (e.g., swimwear, base layers), items must have intact, unbroken hygiene seals and original packaging to qualify.

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Receive Return Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number, recommended courier (e.g., DHL, SF Express), and our Hong Kong return warehouse address.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely (preferably in original packaging) with the RA number clearly marked on the outer box. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving approval—delays may void eligibility.

4. Return Fees & Liability

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping fees, including customs duties/taxes for international shipments.

Our Liability: We cover return shipping fees and provide a full refund only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). To claim this, submit clear photos of the defect/error within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost/Damaged Returns: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Details

Refund Scope: Refunds are issued for the original merchandise price only. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
